Registration for the 2017 29th Annual Delmarva Paddlers Retreat will open July 8, 2017, around noon.

Registration is limited and is on a first come first served basis. Registration must be completed and paid for by Sept 15th. Late registrations may be accepted if space is available, but cabin space cannot be guaranteed.

 

Pricing goes up after Sept 15th, so be sure to register soon!

We continue to try and simplify the registration process. We have a 6 step registration progress.  The software we use is only so flexible. We are but a volunteer organization trying to do our best. Thank you for your patience.

All registrations will need to go through the "Register Here" tab on the menu. Detailed instructions are available here.

You will be given the option of using PayPal or by mailing in a check with your custom printed forms.

After registering, you must complete ALL the necessary forms and submit them prior to the retreat. Space is limited and assigned based on the receipt date of your materials and payment. Once available space is filled, paddlers will be placed on a waiting list. All necessary forms must be completed and sent in, please. This includes waiver forms. Each participant must complete three forms:

  1. The Preferences Profile
  2. An appropriate ACA Waiver
  3. An appropriate QajaqUSA Waiver
All minors under age 18 at time of registration must have the QajaqUSA and ACA Minor Waivers completed. Use links under "Participant's Info"

Cancellation Policy

We are sorry but due to facility contracts & instructor scheduling, the Delmarva Paddler’s Retreat has a no-refund policy after the Registration deadline of September 15th, unless we can place someone from the waiting list into your spot. As we know from the well weathered 2013 event, short of a declaration of evacuation the event will go on and we will have a damn good time anyway!
